Still don't have my product October 27, 2014 Reviewer: Jeremiah from WI United States   One of the worst online suppliers I've used in years. It takes almost a week for someone to respond to emails. Their website does not keep purchase information. Tracking numbers are not included in the confirmation email. When calling for information the customer service rep was rude. And worst of all, I receive the review questionnaire before the product ever got to my house. It's going on three weeks now and still no sign of my seeds. Only positives, they have a good selection and reasonable prices. Purchases are kept if customer creates an account.  Tracking number is sent to email when the order is shipped.  Order was shipped same day as received. Was this review helpful to you?
