days to maturity April 21, 2015 Reviewer: Frazier Baldwin from South Carolina   I grow acres of sunflowers each year.  The "maturity date" is typically when a crop is dry and the seeds are fully formed - ready to be combined.  I think it is reasonable to expect full blooming at about 70 days with a 100-110 day maturity date plant. Sorry for the person who wanted them for the wedding. Its like field corn, or sorgham on the dates. Was this review helpful to you?

Bloom Time is not correct August 30, 2012 Reviewer: Denise Kell from Tennessee   Beware of the 100 days to maturity statement.  These flowers are blooming after 65 days.  We planted them for our daughter's wedding in October but they'll be gone by then.  Very disappointed.
