Medium sunflower hearts purchase March 4, 2016 Reviewer: Bird lover in Illinois from Marissa, IL United States   I ordered four bags (50 lbs. ea.) of various types of bird seed.  Service and quality are top-notch.  My only concern, and it is significant, is that three of the four bags had broken open during delivery (4-star rating because of this).  The only bag that did not break open was the thistle seed because it was a nylon bag whereas the others were of heavy paper. Great Customer Service January 11, 2016 Reviewer: Debra Rash from Franklinton, NC United States   When I received my latest shipment the bag of 50 lbs of seed had broken open and leaked from the box, making a big mess.   When I notified them they immediately sent me a new bag.   Great customer service in addition to a good product!
