	The Jersey Green Asparagus produces mainly male plants. It is disease resistant and very uniform. Jersey Knight Asparagus is tender, cold hardy & heat tolerant. It is also self pollinating. The stalks are 5/8" in diameter. These roots are a 2 year root leaving only 1 year until a good yield of Asparagus.
