Description Application Rate   Garden Supplies - Kelp Meal from Dr. Earth New Plantings: During bed preparation, mix in with your soil amendment, 1/4 cup per 10 square feet, or 1 1/4 cup for every 50 feet of planting row. Till the soil a depth of 4 to 8 inches and water well. Established Plants: Side dress anytime during the growing season with same rate as New Plantings.
