AQUASHADE
The only dye that prevents red and blue ultra violet rays from penetrating, thus helping to prevent algae and weed growth along with a nice blue color. Once weeds have reached the surface, Aquashade will not be an effective preventative. Should be replenished in July. Can be poured in by shore. Use 1-2 quarts per acre foot. No restrictions in Michigan. |

BIOBLEND
Beneficial bacteria. Removes algae's primary source of food, nitrogen, from the water. Works in the entire water column as well as the bottom sludge layers to digest organic wastes generated by animal and plant life. Activate Bioblend with warm pond water and pour the slurry evenly around the edge of the pond. Use 3# of Bioblend per acre foot of water as the initial dose. Thereafter, apply 1# per acre foot every 2-4 weeks. |
