We try to ship orders within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock and expected to be available within 5 business days, we will hold the order. If an item is out of stock and is not going to be available within 5 business days, we will ship the order short. If you would like the order handled differently, please make a note in the Special Instructions/Comments box. We do not retain backorders. Please reorder any out of stock item again in 2 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent when the order has been shipped. Please open your package(s) upon receiving to check for any damages. Please contact Main Street Seed & Supply, Co. if damage has occurred so we can resolve the issue immediately. Original packaging must be saved for 7-10 business days for UPS or USPS inspection. Without original packaging, a replacement or refund will not be issued. If you are not satisfied with the product(s), returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. Please use the Return Form shipped with your order. Absolutely no returns on vegetable, flower, grass seed, or promotional seed packets.
