Buying a dozen at a time makes them more affordable (especially considering the shipping costs) and also receive them whole and not crushed because of the way 12 are packed in a box. Bought less than 12 in the past, and they arrived crushed because they were just thrown in a box with a little piece of packing bubbles thrown on top. I would appreciate knowing at the time I order if they are unavailable...a simple designation on the order form would suffice. I usually don't have any idea that they are unavailable until my shipment arrives and they are not included.
